About the Choir

Daventry Community Choir started in September 2016 as way for people to get together, sing and have fun. We now have over 60 members and we have performed publicly at events including the Daventry Christmas light switch-on, OVO women's cycle tour, Admiral Nelson Festival, Pattishall Picnic in the Park and Welton Fete.

We have members of all ages including kids, teenagers and adults. We ask that children are always accompanied by an adult.

We currently meet every Monday evening 6:30 - 7:45. Rehearsals are held at DSLV E-ACT Academy - please see our News page for details about our current arrangements.

The cost is just £2 per week and all proceeds go back into the choir. If you are new, your first week is free. There's no commitment to attend each week - come along as and when you can.

Please check our Upcoming Events page to see when the next rehearsal is, and our Lyrics page for information about the kind of songs we like to sing.

Come and try it

We love seeing new members. You don't need any singing experience. Just come along on Monday at 6:30pm to DSLV School and try it out for free!

Not been for a while? No problem. Each week we rehearse songs we know as well as learning new ones, so even if you've not been for a while, come and get involved.
